How to Burn Body Fat Fast Even When You Are Lying on the Couch Watching Your Favourite TV Show

You may have heard of many ways on how to burn the body fat. One of the most popular methods, which many people are trying or implementing in their daily life, is the crash diet. "Crash diet" simply means a sort of dieting plan that controls you from taking certain types of foods and taking less meals daily in order to achieve the result of low fat, low calories and low carbohydrates diet. This is good but in the mean time, your body will have insufficient nutrients to feed your body and make it work for you to burn fat. Protein is the most essential one for building or repairing muscles. When you include more protein in your daily diet while doing reasonable weight training, your lean muscles can grow. Did you know that you need to consume 50 calories to sustain 1 pound of muscles? So, the fact is, when you grow more lean muscles, you are persuading your body to consume calories on its own willingly.


When you lift and lower weights to train the muscles, it can have microscopic tears on the muscles and protein will come into play to repair the tears. The repair job can result in a very huge calories consumption which can last more than 40 hours (about 2 days).


With a nutritious diet, which includes reasonable intake of protein on top of 3 days of weight training in a week, you can create a scenario where the fat is burning almost in every second! That is why I have said: You can burn you body fat even when you are lying on couch watching your favourite TV show!

People are confused more than ever about weight loss. They are confused about the best way to go about achieving the body they want. If instead they focused on a long term plan, a lifestyle as it’s often called, and didn’t worry about “losing 10 pounds by summer”, they would find it far easier to do the right things most of the time.

And those right things include brief, progressive, and intense resistance training, eating a diet full of nutrient rich foods, drinking tons of water, and getting plenty of quality sleep and rest.
